Fire Extinguisher Service
These services are based off of the manufacture date
- 1-6 years is an annual fire extinguisher service
- 6 year service: which the extinguisher has to be broke down and rebuilt
- 6-12 years extinguishers is a annual service
- 12 years is a hydro test – which the extinguishers need to be broke down again and the cylinder has to be pressure tested.
Hood and Duct Cleaning
We offer cleaning of hood and ducts to minimize the probability of kitchen fires in restaurant kitchens. Our service plans include:
- Seasonal places are once a year
- Semi Annual Service (mostly restaurants)
- Quarterly is for places with woks or high volume and open 24 hours.
System Installations
We mostly do restaurant automatic systems and a few dry chemical systems in paint booths. There are two types of systems that we service and install:
Wet Chemical Systems:
- Commonly found in restaurants
- These systems need to be serviced semi-annual, quarterly and once a year
- Semi-annual are done twice a year (most common)
- Quarterly services are for the restaurants with high volume cooking, open 24 hours a day and the restaurants that cook with woks.
- There are also thermal links that need to be changed out according to the schedule above.
Dry Chemical Systems:
Are mostly found in industrial settings such as paint booths, open front booths in cabinet shops and heavy equipment. The services that need to be done are just semi-annual meaning twice a year. These systems also have a thermal link that need to be changed out.
